1. Attend at least three (3) Mentoring Matters workshops / sessions
2. Participate in at least two (2) synchronous, facilitated Mentoring Matters community discussions
3. Submit a structured reflection essay (max 250 words) describing their mentoring practice, their plans to implement high-impact mentoring practices in the coming semester, and the impact of such practices on their teaching
